Here&#8217;s how it works:<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Step 1: Present your information<\/b><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Please provide your valid insurance card from one of Elite Dental&#8217;s partners insurance providers.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Show your ID card or passport matching the insurance cardholder&#8217;s name.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">If the patient is a child, please also present their birth certificate (a copy is acceptable).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><b>Step 2: Receive your dental treatment<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Relax and receive the excellent dental care you deserve at Elite Dental.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Step 3: Direct billing and payment<\/b><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Our dedicated insurance team will handle the direct billing process with your insurance company. We&#8217;ll provide all necessary documents and guidance to help you submit a claim for reimbursement.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Eligible treatment for insurance coverage at Elite Dental include general dentistry, orthodontics, implant treatment, root canal therapy, wisdom tooth extraction, endodontics, fillings, and restorative procedures. Coverage levels vary by individual insurance policies.<\/li>\n<li>Insurance Guidelines: Insurance is applicable for medical treatments only. Aesthetic procedures are excluded, except in cases where restorative work is needed due to tooth damage from trauma, which may be eligible for coverage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<p><b>Partnered Insurance Providers:<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Elite Dental is proud to partner with a growing network of insurance providers.
