This patient had been very unhappy the appearance of the anterior teeth. Color and shaped of the composite veneers. She decided to take the opportunity to improve the appearance after having the cosmetic dental consultation with Dr. Tuan – Cosmetic dentistry specialist at Elite Dental.
Clinical examination results show the discoloration and leakage of the old composite veneers in the upper front teeth. The teeth had lots of stains and not bright.
The patient is advised doing the teeth cleaning and polishing is done before doing teeth whitening to make the teeth brighter and improve the color.
The mock-up is for patient’s approval and used as the guideline for the laboratory to create the final porcelain veneers.
The new E-max veneers porcelain are used to replace the old composite veneers. After 4 appointments, the patient is completely satisfied with her beautiful teeth and attractive smile.
