BACKGROUND
Dr. Cu Hoang Anh was born and raised in Ho Chi Minh City. As an undergraduate student at Ho Chi Minh City University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Dr. Anh was very enthusiastic about Orthodontics research.
While working at the Odonto-Stomatology Dept., Dr. Anh was particularly inspired by pediatric dentistry. This interest motivated her to learn about early intervention and pediatric orthodontics to help prevent dental deformities and deviations in children.
With 15 years of experience, Dr. Anh always believes choosing an appropriate time for orthodontic treatments can contribute to a child’s development and future. However, age is not a limitation. Anyone can decide to receive orthodontic treatment if they think they can benefit from it.
Dr. Anh’s passion for the profession has never been extinguished. Her passion comes from the bright smiles of the patients he meets every day. The happiness of the patients and the success in treating have motivated Dr. Anh to better her practice in Orthodontics.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Graduated from University of Bordeaux (France) – Orthodontics, 2008.
Dr. Anh had 4 years of training and practicing Orthodontics in France.
Short-term training in specialized orthodontic techniques for children in Italy. Training in orthodontic screw techniques for complex cases in Korea.
Lecturer in Odonto-Stomatology at Pham Ngoc Thach Medical University.
Received Invisalign Certified Practitioner.
Member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnamese Association of Orthodontists.
Member of the Executive Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Association of Orthodontists.
15 years of experience in Orthodontics and Pediatric Orthodontics.
Completed Pr. Enrique Garcia Romero and Pr Sergio Sambataro’s course of interceptive treatment by bioprogressive in 2023.
VISION
Dr. Anh’s career goal is to obtain a Ph.D. and conduct more in-depth research about orthodontics cases. She also wants to inspire the next generation of orthodontists and contributes more to the development of orthodontic dentistry in Vietnam.
