Direct billing process at Elite Dental

To make your dental care experience as smooth as possible and maximize your insurance benefits, Elite Dental offers direct billing services with a wide range of domestic and international insurance providers. Here’s how it works:

Step 1: Present your information

  • Please provide your valid insurance card from one of Elite Dental’s partners insurance providers.
  • Show your ID card or passport matching the insurance cardholder’s name.
  • If the patient is a child, please also present their birth certificate (a copy is acceptable).

Step 2: Receive your dental treatment

Relax and receive the excellent dental care you deserve at Elite Dental.

Step 3: Direct billing and payment

  • Our dedicated insurance team will handle the direct billing process with your insurance company. We’ll submit all necessary documentation, including your treatment plan, diagnosis, and any relevant test results.
  • Once your insurance company confirms payment, you’ll only need to settle any remaining balance not covered by your plan.

Important Notes:

  • Please ensure all documents (ID card, insurance card, birth certificate, etc.) are provided to our staff.
  • You’ll be asked to complete and sign a claim form as part of the insurance process.
  • In cases where your insurance provider denies a portion or all of the treatment cost, you’ll be responsible for settling the outstanding amount directly with Elite Dental.
  • If your insurance company is not yet partnered with Elite Dental, we offer Claim Support Services. We’ll provide all necessary documents and guidance to help you submit a claim for reimbursement.
  • Eligible treatment for insurance coverage at Elite Dental include general dentistry, orthodontics, implant treatment, root canal therapy, wisdom tooth extraction, endodontics, fillings, and restorative procedures. Coverage levels vary by individual insurance policies.
  • Insurance Guidelines: Insurance is applicable for medical treatments only. Aesthetic procedures are excluded, except in cases where restorative work is needed due to tooth damage from trauma, which may be eligible for coverage.
